Sometimes. Once a strong emotion has been addressed and reprogrammed, it ceases to dominate the emotional system, but there are many layers in our emotional system and each one will Toggle separately. Some emotions feel very similar but still need separate applications of the Toggle to access their positive potentials.

Occasionally, an individual has blocked their emotions as a coping mechanism. Focus on the “Blocked” feeling and Toggle that. This often times allows suppressed emotions to be easily accessed. Also, think about many different emotions until you find the one that is strong enough to work with.

You can Toggle one or two emotions or pain, or you can Toggle them all, it is up to you. Taken to its’ full extent, you will want to Toggle every tension you feel. You will likely Toggle most of your more predominant stresses in the first few months. Many pressures in life can affect your energy system. Toggling gives you instant access to that system and the ability to move it back to the positive position. You can Toggle in the middle of your work, dinner, studying and physical exercise. You can Toggle every tension you feel when you go to sleep at night. Toggle the discomfort of a cold, a cough, headaches and any feelings that come up from dreams. The list is never ending. If it causes tension, Toggle it!

If you have a history of anxiety attacks it would indicate anxiety has been stored in the system and may surface. All emotions Toggle. Anxiety holds a lot of energy and may take several attempts, over several days, before it fully shifts. Keep using the CD and follow the steps through the process. Toggling feels like a mental “inhalation.” When you draw the tension into your deeper awareness it enters like a breath, in a sense. You can even breathe in while you are learning to Toggle to facilitate the shift, but it is not necessary.

By pulling in the negative tension, your mind actually reprograms the emotion from a negative charge to a positive charge. Think of it like recycling your emotional energy.

Not everyone will see images or colors. By attempting to visualize the actual emotion, you are learning to engage and interact with the emotional system. Even if you don’t see anything, pull in the emotion anyway. Eventually, you may notice visuals, but the visuals are not necessary to perform the Toggle. Once you have learned how to Toggle, the visualization process will not even be necessary, just knowing it is there and pulling it in will suffice.
