Emotions are a form of energy, and as such can be neither created nor destroyed, but can be transformed. Emotional energy can be categorized into high and low frequencies. Scientifically speaking, positive emotions are high frequency and negative emotions are low frequency. Low frequencies are fearful, and yield sluggish, restricted and conflicted experiences. High frequencies are loving, and yield clarity of thought and action. With this perspective we looked for a method of transforming emotional energy from one frequency to the other, specifically from low to high frequency. We found it and CPT was born.
Our program teaches you how to use your mind to convert low frequency negative emotions into high frequency positive emotions. High frequency emotions are the pathway to achieving better performance and improved health physically, psychologically and emotionally.
Unlike other programs, we do not teach you to express your emotions or risk suppressing them with positive thinking, meditation, mindfulness, or other similar practices. Instead, you will learn how to transform those emotions into a more profound and permanent higher frequency. This technique is simple and easy to practice daily, requiring only moments at a time to effect often profound and permanent results.
You will learn a new emotional courage as you face down the beast of your negative emotional reactions to past, present and future events with the tools you need to transform them. There are just two emotions upon which all others are based: fear and love. You will learn to no longer fear your negative emotions, but instead embrace them and enjoy your ability to transform them into their polar opposite. You will live in love, and enjoy all the positive emotions that fall within.
